Some want to see an update wrt outlook and possible explanation as to need for AS to 750M, (an 87.5% increase) before committing.

....dk, but think that increase could be used for leverage for finance and protection from another situation like the last.
It could also be used for acquisitions, but I think most would rather see revenues & contracts 1st
