He should be mighty worried. He libeled the officers of the company. For those who haven't seen it, AF claimed that CTIX was withholding negative side-effect data, and that supposedly CTIX halted the Brilacidin trial because of it.
None of that is true. The correct information about the extremely mild and quickly reversed side effects a few patients had is readily available. Because he professes to be an expert analyst on this stock and can't defend this by saying that the information was hard to find, this is libel.
