i'm not sure i agree with that ..
based on how RH handled ECO's *extensions* b4 pulling the plug .. i'll never
say never .. but i'm hard pressed to see RH going for another mutually agreed
upon extension without offsetting that perceived negative news with a positive
as much as it frustrates everyone .. the one reality besides P2O seemingly
outlasting various entities .. is there have been no leaks with RH
and i sometimes question if that isn't one of the reasons for some angst ..
it's no secret many could trade off of P2O's *rumors* and the liquidity they
provided up until P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013 .. the only ones
making money from that point on were those who shorted PTOI and could
actually cover .. just one reason why PTOI has had successively less and less volume
each year since 2013 .. even tho' pps compression has been the name of the game
