Hahah you serious? Have a solution! YES I HAVE A SOLUTION! I have done nothing but yell and scream my solution for years. Spend less time documenting and more time doing productive things!
#1 GET RID OF RICK. HE IS USELESS.
#2 Get someone in there that knows what they are doing. Your 9 pets could probably be more productive than Rick has been!
#3 Run the damn machine. Prove it works. Sell the damn thing!
I have said this 1,000 times on here and there!
Fix the machine, open all the doors and gates and invite people in. Show the sexy beast off!
