The way I interpreted it is that HJOEs is starting

The way I interpreted it is that HJOEs is starting to do well now. It doesn't mean the case will end tomorrow but they are building up sales one large jerky PO at a time and plan to back regardless of what happens on the case. Some have commented that they want to keep building up sales and then come back to teach a lesson to bashers. That could be true. I have no idea what the agreement is with the SEC commissioner but maybe there is a timeline to come back and hopefully we will see HJOEs come back sooner than later
