Absolutely. Truth is essential. If someone finds something that is honest information, it needs to be posted.
Making up stuff, distorting, and outright lying is quite another thing. It's called "stock manipulation" and it's illegal. And if the SEC won't pursue it, some of us are going to get mad enough to sue them in civil court.
