This is definitely interesting. So it is a 1 million dollar capital ask. Here is what I find interesting although I may not have this entirely clear. They never say when they will pay the first dividend even though they are paying 12%. They only state that c class will get dividends before common. We know that dividends are probably not coming for years. So then this does not hurt cash flow at all. Until there is enough to pay for it. Even still the value then remains in the conversion feature. Which I do not recall seeing a conversation rate and cannot switch screens to look. Just a rare of cost basis. But then that means that the longer you hold the less share you convert to? But even still anyone who invest is not in for the quick buck and rather the growth of the company.
Couple this with the r/s split ( which also impact this as well, correct? ). And you have a low enough share base to utilize authorized shares to make this pretty seem less.
They really are having their cake and eating it also. Pretty smart stuff Tony. I hope I interpreted this close to correct. Papa? LT? Ben?
