Not sure what I've done to offend you over the past week pluto, but I'm not here to bash anyone. Your PM that was sent on iHub made no sense either after you sent a similar note to one of the supposedly "paid" Sethie minions. I get that it makes sense to not put too much out there and that the company might not be able to release too many details. I'm not the enemy and defend the company more often than not.
The real challenge is trying to find credible information about the company and the only thing we really have is the quarterly reports and calls/emails to KB. Obviously only so much can be shared that way without getting into trouble for either party.
My comment about the Annual Report is only stating that based on past reports there will likely not be much detailed info about the ruling and possible paths forward for the company, nothing more or less. IN my mind, the only thing that matters now is consistently increasing revenue numbers in the quarterly reports to show the company is making and shipping products to fulfill the orders that were stated in December. The court case is a great speculation point right now, but really means nothing until a settlement is reached or the case comes to a close and can't be appealed. I am sure there will be no commentary made by the company on the progress of the orders being filled outside of the quarterly reports, nor do I personally expect it. Anything that does come out on that front is gravy for me.
Sorry that my style has rubbed you the wrong way this past week, but we all have our own way. I hope you don't let my opinions/actions sway the info you have shared on either board. Best of luck to all and I sincerely hope the next few quarters show significant revenue growth so we call make some money on our investment.
