ARCHBOLD, Ohio, March 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (OTCQX:FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $1.1 billion at December 31, 2016, declared the 2017 first-quarter cash dividend of $0.23 per share.  The first quarter dividend is payable on April 20, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March 28, 2017.
