I just read all 58 pages of the SEC's uncontested facts. A lot of ugliness for the Fab 4. I'm sure the judge will give them what they deserve. On the other hand, Chris Tesarski comes out looking good. That's great news for Treaty! Now that Treaty has settled with the SEC, they will not stand in our way to trade on the OTC again!
