Absolutely, positively NOT.
With one exception: we know even better than we did before that the team running this company is a sharp one. They are thinking several steps ahead all of the time to ensure that we don't encounter any major setbacks. Now some very serious brand growth will begin, and make no mistake about it, this time they ain't foolin around.
Just as we had stated and Michael Welch just officially confirmed, the series A block is about control and protection. It was never intended to be nor will it be converted. I'm sure most of the people insisting that this meant dilution were merely attempting to generate panic selling in an effort to drive the share price down for their own personal gain.
