$PSGR A week of UP & DOWNS. What happens when the dust settles? Will PSGR shares be worth more than they were two weeks ago? Will they end up in the toilet?
I think a good indication of what the share price will do over the next month is to watch corporate Pershing Resources and its Press Releases.
(MY THOUGHTS) 1) If Pershing Resources continues to issue weekly/bi-weekly Press Releases that allude to personnel shifts or POSSIBLE start times for mining activity, the CURRENT Press Releases are purposed to increase share price without providing substance. 2) If Press Releases return to the average of less than once/month status for the past 2 years, then Pershing Resources has used the current period to RAISE prices (and revenues) in anticipation of an outside mining company forming a JV with Pershing Resources. 3) Perhaps Pershing Resources is FINALLY submitting the paperwork to the SEC for the Blackridge investment and has used the share price increase as a shield to prevent Blackridge from acquiring more common stock for less money.
