longs' known picks (via bid) currently = 19700
19700/20000 = 98.50%
CEs' will have to dilute that % imo
notice that NN has taken the interchangeable 50000
last *shown* by CSTI .. and is now *best* on ask ..
curious to see what is done next by NON RETAIL .. time across multiple levels
is against them ..
