(OTC PINK:XLIT) (the “Company” or “XLI”) is providing clarification regarding the past return and issue of 65,000,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock to James Schramm.  These shares were originally beneficially owned by Company CEO James Schramm.  This stock is restricted.
