The change to the Series A shares is not dilution. That's the controlling block and comes with several benefits besides. They would be foolish to convert them and have no such intentions.
I suggest you contact Jerry and/or Michael Welch in person and ask about it. There are some thing they will of course not be able to tell you, but they may be able to tell you enough to get you to understand that this doesn't mean more dilution.
Flippers play these things every time because the price is still low enough for them to get sizable percentage swings by dumping/short selling when they KNOW people are confused and may have doubts or worries. Certain trolls even toss BS on to the board to try and shake loose even more shares in an effort to rip even more cash from scared shareholders.
The company has done nothing wrong, and the PR's we'll be seeing in the coming days and weeks will verify that. Also, I'm still willing to bet they'll get this company to the big board without an RS, and I'm very confident of it.
