For those who felt "safer" waiting for the slower organic growth approach rather than the approach proposed in December, this larger increase in Authorized Shares is what is needed.
The longer this takes, the greater the risks to those providing financing, so more financing with less favorable terms (to the company/current shareholders) will be needed until sufficient revenues are generated to carry the company.
