AS “HansaMatrix” share auction on March 22, 23

Nasdaq Riga on March 22, 23 and 24, 2017 will run AS “HansaMatrix” share auction. The offered amount of shares is 362 000 .
Securities are auctioned in euros and the price of one share of AS “HansaMatrix” is fixed at EUR 6.90 .
Licensed bank or brokerage company to which the status of Nasdaq Riga Member has been assigned can participate in the auction. Members may submit their own orders and orders on behalf of their clients . The list of Members is available here .
The auction period during which the order collection will take place is: March 22 and 23, 2017 from 09:00 until 16:00, March 24, 2017 from 09:00 until 15:30 .
Order matching will take place until March 27, 2017 16:00 .
All aforementioned times refer to local Latvian time (EET).
Settlement date is March 29, 2017 .
