EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NASDAQ: LMRK ) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution for its 8.00% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units (the “Series A Preferred Units”) of $0.500 per Series A Preferred Unit, payable on April 17, 2017, to Series A Preferred Unitholders of record as of April 3, 2017.
