I am good, thanks for asking. Very busy. ICNB has a very large and active shareholder base. Unfortunately I do not know exactly when the next press release will be coming out. As soon as there is a material event to announce the company will issue a PR. The CEO said 2 weeks ago the California deal could be finalized any day now. I am thinking we could hear something very soon on that. I will keep you posted. Thanks.
