In reference to the latest proxy, I wasn't happy either when Steve asked for the share count to go from 200Mil to 400 Mill many years ago. I trusted him then and I still trust him today! During those years he has used those extra 200mill shares pretty frugally. Hiring people and for the majority as payment in lieu of hard cash as wages! The majority of those shares didn't go out to VC's but for corporate expenditures to keep the business moving forward by expanding the business, both size and personnel. Some went to promotion firms and some to the now defunct employees as a way to return the company back to the path Steve envisioned originally. Am I happy, No. Am I happy there is NO REVERSE SPLIT, most definitely and I can live with an expanded authorized share count a lot better than the first proposed PRE 14A or the PRER-14A.
We knew last year from the shareholders meeting the AS was going to have to be addressed and increased, so this is really no surprise other than it has taken so long. I will vote in favor of the proposal.
