But none named Bethel Imports - I checked extensively in Nairobi and the company doesn't exist.
Being in the BMXC financials is meaningless - if the CEO files for bankruptcy and fails to disclose - has contracts with companies that don't exist - being truthful on the financials aren't a high priority for her.

None named bethel imports. Incorrect. Technically there is a company named bethel imports and marketing ltd. it's located in the Wu Yi Plaza, Nairobi. You can't find it. Doesn't mean it's not real.
Being in the bmxc financials is not meaningless, it means that they are disclosing 8-k filings on the business they are running. The CEO did not disclose bankruptcy to the SEC. I know why. Do you?
