The court case is certainly a positive step, but the real mover is executing on the orders and generating revenue. We will see the progress on execution in the next 60 days (Q1 by 5/15) and for the true indicators that the Bolivia and Korea deals are working, we'll know by Thanksgiving. It would be great to see a retail deal somewhere so the product is on the shelf, but their $17M in orders is plenty to allow them to ramp production.
Based on a $3/box see price to distribution ( my best guess), that $17M is over half the production capacity they have, so getting to that output by Q4 this year is no small task... All the discussion about the court case is good board filler, the real thing to watch now is revenues.
