Park Electrochemical Corp. Declares Cash Dividend

MELVILLE, N.Y., March 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. (NYSE: PKE ) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share payable May 2, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 4, 2017.

Park has paid 31 consecutive years of uninterrupted regular, quarterly cash dividends without ever skipping a dividend payment or reducing the amount of the dividend.  With the payment of this dividend in May, Park will have paid approximately $345 million in dividends, or $16.80 per share, since the beginning of its 2005 fiscal year.
