but having to go to 2 separate accounts re: *reporting* for FINRA for March 2017
continue to have the strong suspicion that NON RETAIL has squat left to *block*
and speaking of that ole deja vu feeling ... a trip down memory lane to see
what was done on PTOI 6 years ago .. reminder the
summer of 2011's *set up* required April's (record to this day)
wash traded volume which worked with CEs' cycles of monies .. UP
CEs' had clearly bought a *clue* after the disastrous hand off from PRO
side of the *crew* to the CON side of the crew after PTOI's first illegal
orchestration UP of Dec 2009 .. didn't part (legit sells of significance) on
the scheduled take DOWN of early 2010 .. hence the efforts of July 2010
and the resets needed by Dec 2011 ..
