The only defense is to know what you own. MMs want shareholders scarred and ready to sell, that gives them cheap shares they can sell later for absurd profits.
If you lock up your shares, MMs have no choice but to raise the price to a true and fair level.
That being said, yes, there is absolutely no reason for this stock to be bouncing around everywhere like it has been. Look at the chart of another AggroSphere ETF stock, PMCB, for comparison. Trades between .09-.11 as we wait for the company to file an FDA pivotal trial application. Sort same situation as OWCP, in that we are just waiting for an event to finally happen. Period.
But whereas PMCB is steady and boring we are on a roller coaster by comparison!!! Lots of difference between the two tickers, just wanted to show by example that I fully agree OWCP is being needlessly moved around to benefit MMs and MMs alone.
