DECN- Best possible outcome again for DECN, no dismissal. Opens the door for a cash settlement and with JNJ under some pressure due to wanting to sell the diabetes unit all things are going DECN's way. A settlement will be a huge catalyst for the company with a market cap of about 8 mill. In any case with the orders already announced and the launching of more products things are looking great!
