Providence Resources P.l.c. have been informed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. on 13 March 2017 that with effect from 6 March 2017;
Goldman Sachs International now holds 18,402,320 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 3.07% of the issued ordinary share capital.
