I actually just tweeted back that I think with out current revenue and working contracts we have, that our valuation would be 2-3x more at $200M-$300M. Which would put us at a $ .45-.70 pps valuation. Or if we've done the R/S before we get bought out, it would be a $1.80-$2.40 valuation.
For 2 very similar businesses to get bought up for $100M each in this sector means that there is a beast company who wants to become the Godfather of the Cloud.
Absolute worst case is $100M which would be .20 per share. Would anybody turn that down if it were offered to you right now? LMAO
