It will be interesting to see how DECN responds to this as a PR could be a little too much flag waving right now as nothing's really been won. I think it makes perfect sense to comment on it in the Annual Report as part of the state of the business section and indicate that J&Js dismissal was denied. That's only two weeks out and they could throw us a bone in putting the AR out a little early in light of this... It's all good and hopefully the docket gets updated with a next date for discovery or whatever is supposed to happen next. My legal process knowledge is not very good
