R/S cancellation news was leaked by 1 pm, filed to SEC by 3 pm. People started to notice late in the day, lot of investors will jump in tomorrow morning.
the company is real and negotiating buyout and/or big contracts with schools to buy their passive scanning security tools.
this was trading at 0.46 in less than 10 months ago. Low float, no dilution.
