Unfortunately not much from pluto with the one post today, but maybe more to come over the next few days. Assuming he/she is confirming the denial of the motion to dismiss, the real question comes down to how much of J&J's supposed strategy is left after their big swing for dismissal. It's certainly positive that we don't have to appeal, so now we'll see how quickly things move into a trial phase and actually get to something tangible.

Still no update on Pacer, but my guess is it won't be more than another day.
