HealthCare Synergy expands partnership with ABILITY Network

MINNEAPOLIS, March 14, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ABILITY Network and HealthCare Synergy are pleased to announce the expansion of their partnership to benefit home health agencies.

HealthCare Synergy home health customers will now have the option to use the advanced ABILITY | EASE ® All-Payer application for their revenue cycle management (RCM) processes. This user-friendly, SaaS-based application helps reduce administrative complexity for all-payer claims processing, follow-up and denial management.

HealthCare Synergy has more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional practice management solutions to home health, private duty, and hospice agencies nationwide. They and ABILITY Network, a leading information technology company, have partnered together since 2014 to provide leading-edge revenue cycle management services to HealthCare Synergy customers.

“As the post-acute care market continues to evolve, we recognize that our agencies’ patient population is increasingly covered by payers beyond Medicare, now including the Blues, Medicare Advantage and other commercial payers,” said David Crow, director of Product Development at HealthCare Synergy. “That’s why we’re excited to add this next-generation all-payer application to our offerings for our customers.”

Through the partnership with ABILITY, HealthCare Synergy customers already have had access to ABILITY | EASE Medicare, an application that provides streamlined follow-up and in-depth analytics for managing claims to the nation’s largest payer. “The addition of the ABILITY all-payer application now brings comprehensive RCM services to our customers via our Healthcare Assistant, through one easy-to-access platform,” Crow said.

“Together with HealthCare Synergy’s leading software applications, this partnership continues to help the providers we serve take full advantage of the next generation of technology,” said Crow.

“Deep healthcare expertise and knowledge of complex regulatory and operational requirements allow ABILITY to help its partners simplify the complexity of revenue cycle management for all payers,” said Bud Meadows, executive vice president and chief revenue officer of ABILITY. “In expanding its partnership with ABILITY, an innovative company like HealthCare Synergy can provide even more value to customers using their platform.”
