Your concerns have already been answered very politely and adequately by several posters here.
For the two days that the stock was supposedly promoted, here is what happened:
Oct. 28, 2013: The stock price opened at .095 and closed at .10 and it didn't do anything for the rest of the week. So in other words the promotion did nothing.
Mar. 13, 2017 opened at 1.345 and closed at 1.49. Yes I'll take the increase but it pales by comparison to what it has already shown it is capable of doing, and what it will inevitably do in the future.
OWCP can walk on its own legs. It doesn't need crutches or help from anyone..especially when it's not asked for.
