So true, many of the big boards end up on the OTC simply because what they're spending the big bucks on are crap. Of course management plays into it as well. But it takes years and millions.

I do like how everyone is (for now) ignoring spotter on his query to list companies that have gone from the OTC to partnerships. Many up list of course and then get partnership deals that provide the needed funding.
