Hell yeah, I was scared, pissed and wanted to blame everyone for my near instantaneous loss of money.
I also knew I had $18k to "lose" by playing in the OTC...just didn't think more than half would be gone so quick.
There are forces that we cannot and will not control here (MMs). That's why there are charts and Google (DD).
If one truly has hundreds of thousands of shares in OWCP, it's their prerogative to buy, sell or hold their shares. I walk the fine line of an investor and small time trader.
I learned from the $3.23 retrace (and some advice from a fellow trader here) to always take profits. I didn't listen until the 3rd retrace. That advice (for me) allowed me to still maintain a very healthy OWCP share count AND play other positions.
Getting into the weeds of stock promotions, etc. (btw Apple and the big boys are more ubiquitous in terms of promoting their company/brand/stock) is quite frankly out of our control IMO.
Move on. Sell your milly. Take profits. Or don't. We all have our own plans on how to best manage our investment or day trade plays.
Good luck to all of us! I think we have a winner here!
