(CSE:GET.CN) (FKT:GJT) (OTCQB:GLNNF) (“Glance”), is pleased to announce that it has engaged Investor Cubed Inc. to provide investor relations and shareholder communications services. Investor Cubed will be focused on increasing investor awareness while introducing Glance to its network of investment advisors, investment dealers, institutions and other financial professionals.
In connection with the engagement, Glance has entered into a consulting contract with Investor Cubed for compensation of $3,000 per month for a term of twelve months. In addition, Investor Cubed has been granted options to purchase 300,000 shares of Glance at a price of $0.25 per share. The options will vest on a quarterly basis and will be governed by the provisions of Glance’s stock option plan.
