Actually I disagree, respectfully with you guys.

First your revenues seem off to me. By the time the company would
be up to date on filing, the revenues will far exceed 2-3 million
dollars. The jerky alone with the franchise fees and a couple of the
deals like Vegas has would ,easily, put that over that mark ,almost today.
By the time they file, I would estimate another 50-100 new jerky dealers.
(conservative)Even if they ordered just two pallets a year, that is 2 million dollars.
Add in a year from now, that C.K will be in Japan and Korea and that should
be a couple million dollars. By the time HJOE files, a year from now -earliest,
the Jerky and the shots will have a year of organic grow. That means more turns, more dealers, and some rabbit out of the hat deals-big retail.
I would say that HJOE will be at 5-7 million or greater when they come back.
Then add in Europe starting and that opens up more revenue.
5-7 million should put this at ..03-.06 to begin. Then forward guidance
of any kind ,rumors, or any upcoming deals could blow that up to close to
.10.
If this opened up under a cent, given the conformation of those numbers, buy by the fistful. I cant see that happening, but what do I know.
A lot will be decided this year. If HJOE ,makes it affordable to get a jerky
licences, they will make it up on the orders ,turns at the register, and
branding-public awareness that the product exists.
Just looking at Ed's movement, example. He has made major inroads by people just trying the Jerky. What is going to happen when we have 100
more dealers.....Big things will open up, just like in Vegas. Deals we never
imagined.
What the year of the dealer really means...IS the YEAR of The revenue.
To grow the brand, strengthen the company, and come back to trading.
1-2 million in revs wont do that. Need 5-8 million. I think they can do it.
And I think that is a very low number too(5-7)MM
