Hi butterballs: The fact that you used the word ''TRADE'' in your post made me immediately think about that word: I wonder who the seller was & who the buyer was? And what were their reasons for selling & for buying? For what a total surprise & PROMISING POSITIVE DEVELOPMENT this MOST HOPEFULLY will turn out to be!!!
