I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'd just wait for the official share structure to be revealed. That nvsos page looked a little glitchy to me.
Besides, it's in the company's best interest to raise pps in order to uplist onto the Nasdaq in the near future, so whatever share structure they decide upon will be geared towards achieving that goal
