NEW YORK, March 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock Class A of Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc.’s stock was suspended on January 19, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Acura Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Acura Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s stock was suspended on February 23, 2017 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock, Vanguard Natural Resources 7.875% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units, Vanguard Natural Resources LLC 7.625% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Unit, and Vanguard Natural Resources LLC 7.75% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Units of Vanguard Natural Resources LLC. Vanguard Natural Resources LLC’s shares were suspended on February 13, 2017 and have not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of DS Healthcare Group, Inc. DS Healthcare Group, Inc.’s stock was suspended on December 23, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the common stock of Towerstream Corporation. Towerstream Corporation’s stock was suspended on December 01, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
