This is what can happen when there's a rumor of good news ahead.
A few weeks ago, NTRP was at 11. Now it's at 28. There is news expected in April. They have one drug, a novel Alzheimer's drug. Needless to say this is both very risky, and also (if it works, which it might because it does not follow all the same pathways as the many previous failed Alz drugs), potentially incredibly lucrative.

Market cap 188 million, based on one risky drug (which I hope will work).
CTIX market cap: 120 million, in other words about 2/3 of NTRP's, with 5 clinical trials in progress, and good results thus far in all of them.
