I hope all is well in sunny California. I have a few questions, as a shareholder, that I hope you have the time to answer.
In the investor presentation, it lists our management team as Yourself, Mr Richards, Mr Kaufman, and Mr Gay, are all members still involved with GIGL? YES, we are all still here and working hard
We have not had any updates on our relationship with Michelle Steinberg, will that change soon? we anticipate and expect some news soon but we will only announce if there is something major to announce.
We have not had any updates on our relationship with Chardan Capital Markets, will that change soon? we anticipate some news from our relationship with Chardan as well. Again we will only announce if there is something to announce so lets see what happens.
Is GIGL still on track to open 12 locations in 2017 as outlined in the investor presentation from 2016? It all depends on the capital. If we had the money last year as we had planned, we could have done a bunch this year but since that didnt happen, Im not sure how many we will be opening in 2017 especially since there is only 9 months left in the year. But we are hoping for more locations this year. Lets see where we are with FUNDING. Also, keep in mind we have a lot of franchising opportunities we hope to announce soon as well.
