OTC OTHER is listed as the only Ex (exchange) on the bid and ask when i look at Level II on Thinkorswim. It has been this way since open at least. Can i upload image here? or PM it? usually I see ARCA ETRF all the rest of em, but OTC OTHER is the only one currently
