Why is I-you know who so untouchable? Someone made a reasonable suggestion: "Stop answering to him, that's what he wants" and his post was immediately deleted.
The statements he has made about OWCP are almost always slanderous but continues to get away with it. Btw somebody's post was deleted a few minutes ago for suggesting that his posts were slanderous and that he could get into trouble if he kept up with it. Somehow he's getting preferential treatment from the Admins.
