Just got off the phone with OTCMarkets in regards to the Caveat Emptor designation for $NOUV. The representative states that due to the spike in volume and PPS without PR/News from the company on January 27, 2017, OTCMarkets designated $NOUV with the Caveat Emptor. I asked the representative if there were any other reason for the Caveat Emptor to be designated in regards to this ticker, he said "no".
In regards to company information and Pink Current Information Status, everything is legit. OTCMarkets as well as all of us are now waiting on PR/News from $NOUV then they will remove the Caveat Emptor symbol.
In my opinion, the Reverse Merger with Entuit Incorporated is real and after speaking with the representative at OTCMarkets, I will be accumulating when I can before the PR/News.
