Completely false, I sell on amazon and can see there is no listing for bemax, a amazon re would not have said that as well, amazon has absolutely zero input into creating your listing other then providing requirements. A rep that a buyer calls also does not have the ability to look into such, often support will agree and say anything on the phone....
