"Brick by brick", RFMK is laying a strong foundation for growth and a healthy corporate side of the business. This status change to "current" is definitely a nice step forward. Cheers to Mr Allinder for leading the company forward and cleaning it up.

"Next, we will file our audited financial statements for 2011 and 2012 along with the 10K with the SEC. Once the 10K is accepted by the SEC, we will file the Form 10 and 15c211 and we will be off the Pinks for good... we are nearly there. I am looking forward to a big year in 2013..."

The big question for shareholders who have been patiently waiting since August to see an audited 10K from the company is : what exactly does "nearly there" mean? "Imminent"? "Soon"? Tonight, tomorrow? Next week? Next year? Next quarter? Never?

Hope springs eternal but IMO the time is now, hopefully shareholder value will be delivered by management as was promised. Transparency is commendable, however it is not a bonus, it is a requirement and basic necessity for investors. Complete and full transparency is needed immediately, as soon as possible, now, not later, not soon, now. :/
