MM ETRF was a subsidiary of etrade. They got nailed in some corrupt stuff and had to pay some fines. They are somehow not a directly owned for legal reasons but are still owned by the overall entity (if I understand it correctly). Wonder if the issue you are having only applies to CTIX because they are in some deep dodo with their shorting game they have been playing?
