TXHD Scores Government IT Contract Related to TrumpCare
(NEW YORK)–On March 1, 2017, Aspire Consulting Group LLC, which is a minority-owned division of Textmunication Holdings, Inc (OTC:TXHD), announced they had been awarded a significant 10-year contract with the US government. Aspire is a strategic teammate on a respected team that consists of several well known companies serving specialty areas within Health IT arena.
Awardees, such as Aspire, will be the primary groups driving any IT efforts at CMS related to ‘repeal and replace’ efforts and the future of TrumpCare. CMS covers 100 million people through Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Addition Contracts Pending
The Company is also waiting on several other federal and state contracts as both a prime and subcontractor, which could be announced publicly sometime in the near future.
This news of their 10-year government IT contract related to the healthcare sector sent TXHD stock surging in recent days. In addition to this news, the Company has also been in the process of clearing out a number of outstanding notes, which could now set the stage for further upside as risk of toxic conversions have now been removed.

The Company SMS volume has grown from 1.5 million in late 2016, to more than 7 million in early Q1, with expectations of between 20 to 30 million by the end of 2017. The Company stated they are on an annual revenue run rate of more than $1.2 million for 2017, which is more than double the revenue from 2016.
Ludlow Research, who began coverage on TXHD back in Dec. 2016, issued an update to their subscribers that they were always impressed with TXHD growth potential in the SMS market, but the news of an IT contract relating to the “repeal and replace” in Trumpcare to be an even bigger game changer for the company.
They made mention of the recent increase of “restricted” shares held by the CEO as a possible strategic move to help wipe away their toxic notes in one fast sweep, and that there can be no assurance, but if those shares were to be retired back into treasury in the future that could have a significant, if not dramatic, upside potential for current price valuation.
