How will a sales/marketing team be paid? We know that Heddle has given up on putting any more of his money in. The company had a 42 day run nearly 4 yrs ago, nobody has hard numbers of what was achieved. The machine is hailed as the best in class, paradigm changing....yet no companies are knocking on the door to buy. Meanwhile, the A company failed. The company in Ohio failed. Both companies had major big money investors. Why, in over 3years haven't those types of big investors come to aid in funding if this company has the best technology?
I would have no problem doubling the O/S for a credible investor to come in and get a major sale done. Dilution be damned. If that's what it takes to gain credibility and make major progress in sales, I'm in.
Lauding the sales structure while the company is virtually bankrupt and investors have lost nearly every cent IMO is absolutely ridiculous.
